Fitness First

So this weekend I joined a gym...again.

I got a Personal Training session for £10 so I took advantage of that and oh my word.

Today I ache so much in places I didn't think I could.

The guy taught me a circuit session which I'm to do every time I go to the gym, but change it slightly.

We also did some boxing which I loved. It was a good way to relieve some anger aiming it at someone who is really pissing me off lately.

So yeah!

woooo.

Gonna get one fit toned body by summer!
